Giving In Faith

At Trinity Lutheran Church and School, we believe that giving is a spiritual discipline motivated first and foremost by God's goodness to us. Scripture says that "No one should appear before the LORD empty-handed: Each of you must bring a gift in proportion to the way the LORD your God has blessed you. " (Deuteronomy 16:16-17)  This teaches us that our tithes and offerings are in response to the blessings God has already bestowed on each and every one of us; it's our thanksgiving to God. Our thanksgiving tithes and offerings are also bold statements of faith that God will remain faithful to His promise pour out His blessings in our lives as He continues to provide all that we need to sustain us in our physical and spiritual lives.

How Do I Give At Trinity?

Weekly giving at Trinity is the backbone of our financial health here at Trinity. We ask God's people here at Trinity to give weekly to the Lord. We encourage them to tithe from their income to support the proclamation of the Gospel through the ministries of Trinity. There are three ways you can support Trinity Lutheran Church:

  • OFFERING ENVELOPES: Offering envelopes are available through the church office as a confidential and secure way to give that allows you to have a record of your giving for personal and tax purposes. Please remember to include your name on your envelope as this is the only way to track your offering! If you would like offering envelopes, please email Amy Thursam to request.

 

  • BILL PAY: Automatic online bill payment is a free option that is available through your banking institution to Trinity Lutheran Church. Online bill pay alleviates the hassle of writing checks, buying stamps and envelopes, and going to the post office. If you need assistance setting this up, contact Amy in the Business Office at 623.935.4665 ext 215.

 

  • ELECTRONIC GIVING: This is one of the easiest and most reliable ways to give. Whether you prefer to use online giving occasionally, regularly, or even schedule your gift, Vanco Services offers a convenient and secure planning tool in your tithing discipline. Help Students at Trinity Lutheran School
